CORINTH – Two suspects were arrested today by the Alcorn County narcotics unit and charged with sale of a controlled substance.
Justin Pepper, 29, and Lawrence Flippo, 69, both of 4073A C.R. 200, Corinth, were indicted by the Alcorn County grand jury with sale of a controlled substance, said investigator Jason Willis.
Pepper faces two counts of sale of a controlled substance, and Flippo was charged with one count after officers said they purchased marijuana from each of the two suspects.
No bond had been set Wednesday afternoon, and both remained in Alcorn County Jail.
