BOONEVILLE – The weekend theft of a four-wheeler in Thrasher led authorities to arrest a Booneville man.
The 2013 Honda Four Wheeler was stolen from a residence on County Road 1040 in the Thrasher community Saturday morning. The investigation led Prentiss County Sheriff’s deputies to get search warrants for houses along County Road 1101 late Sunday night. The stolen all-terrain vehicle was found hidden near an abandoned house.
Officers arrested Logan Leo Voyles, 21, of 286 County Road 1101, Booneville, and charged him with grand larceny. Bond was set at $25,000.
Voyles was on probation at the time of his arrest, and the Mississippi Department of Corrections has placed a hold on him.
