SALTILLO – Lee County investigators are still looking for answers in an apparent murder-suicide Tuesday afternoon outside of Saltillo.
Lee County Sheriff Jim Johnson said there is nothing new to report on the deaths of Danny Tutor, 58, and Shelia Tutor, 50, both of 156 County Road 521.
Lee County Coroner Carolyn Green said both bodies have been sent to the state crime lab in Jackson for autopsies. Green said that is the routine procedure and that the thorough medical examinations could answer questions.
Deputies responded to the house around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday and discovered both were dead from gunshot wounds.
