Two New Albany residents have been arrested and charged
Chelsea Lee Harlow, 24, and Joseph Matthew Williamson, 29, both of New Albany, were arrested in New Albany and charged with breaking and entering and grand larceny. The incident occurred in Monroe County.
Both Harlow and Williamson are in the Monroe County Detention Center awaiting arraignment. The bond was set today at $5,000 for each suspect.
