IUKA – Complaints of suspicious activity along County Road 279 led to the arrest of two women, accused of selling methamphetamine.
On Wednesday, Tishomingo County sheriff’s deputies investigated the reports of possible drug activity on the road north of Iuka. The investigation led to the arrests of Donna Ford and Kimberly Cook.
Ford, 51, and Cook, 45, both of 89 County Road 279, Iuka, were each charged with sale of a controlled substance.
Both individuals remain in custody at the Tishomingo County Jail awaiting bond to be set. Sheriff John Daugherty said the investigation is ongoing.
