A Shannon man faces a rape charge in Oxford.
On Thursday, Oxford Police arrested Chris Hester, 21, after he turned himself in. The previous Saturday, the alleged victim reported she was raped in the city limits of Oxford and signed charges against Hester.
Hester turned himself in, and bond was set at $15,000.
