An Aberdeen man is in jail after allegedly chasing someone and causing a wreck.
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office arrested Antoine Terrell Griffin Jr., 20, on Monday. Griffin is accused of chasing another vehicle on Highway 25 South.
While chasing that vehicle, Griffin allegedly hit another vehicle at the intersection of Highway 25 and Marina Road.
Griffin is charged with no insurance, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to yield, resisting arrest and felony malicious mischief. Griffin is in custody at Monroe County Detention Center. Bond has not been set at this time
