A Smithville woman is in jail on a drug charge.
Ginger Noe, 35, was arrested on Hatley-Smithville Road by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office on Friday and charged with possession of controlled substance. She is currently in the Monroe County Detention Center awaiting arraignment.
