OXFORD – On Friday, Oxford Police Officers arrested Robert Pickett and Gary Welch, ages unavailable, both of Jackson, for felony shoplifting.
The charge resulted from assertions made by Walmart loss prevention personnel. Bond was set at $5,000 for Pickett; a previous bond for Welch was revoked.
