OXFORD – A Water Valley man has been arrested and charged with stealing more than $3,000 worth of goods from an Oxford apartment this spring.
According to Oxford Police, a resident signed an affidavit that Ozzie Telford, 25, of Water Valley, stole merchandise from the home in March. Telford was arrested Saturday and charged with grand larceny. Bond was set at $5,000.
Telford also has a warrant out of Marshall County.
