TUPELO – A traffic stop led to the arrest of a Saltillo woman on felony drug charges.
Lee County deputies stopped a vehicle near the intersection of Highway 145 and Turner Industrial Park Road. A search of the vehicle revealed drug paraphernalia and approximately 1 ounce of methamphetamine.
Ashley Jones Hallmark, 31, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute. During her initial appearance in Lee County Justice Court, bond was set at $7,500.
